What is your added value? 

As a Commercial Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our business, combining strategic thinking with hands-on client engagement to drive growth and success. You will spearhead our operations in Belgium, acting as a key representative for Team n Time while enabling our strategic growth globally.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring their needs are met with our solutions.
  • Present and clearly communicate the value of our platform to potential clients, highlighting its unique benefits.
  • Build trust with head nurses, capacity managers, and other healthcare professionals by understanding their challenges and offering solutions.
  • Work closely with the product and customer success teams to align offerings with market demands.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, leveraging client feedback and market trends.
  • Lead and navigate complex, consultative sales cycles, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Represent Team n Time at industry events and conferences, strengthening our brand presence.

    • +5 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably within healthcare or technology.
    • Healthcare Knowledge: A strong understanding of healthcare operations or a willingness to learn quickly.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Relationship Building: Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
    • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS products, AI, or data-driven solutions is a plus.
    • Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
