⛑️ About the role

Data is at the forefront of our product development, working from inception to execution in the hospital. Designers work hands-on with product leads, researchers, engineers, and implementation specialists, to ensure we create meaningful and human experiences that improve the lives of healthcare workers and patients.

As a UI designer/developer, you will:

  • Design and implement new features, modules and concepts,
  • document and maintain our UI library,
  • apply best practices in usability and accessible design,
  • participate in brainstorming, scoping and designing new features, flows and modules,
  • create and maintain a user testing environment, for ongoing product development
  • evaluate new tools and methods to improve our design process,
  • monitor the quality of our products through continuous review and testing,
  • develop and evangelize design understanding across our organization and for our clients, improving collaboration and processes.

✅ Qualifications

  • Ideally, you’ll bring 3-5 years of experience in a UI design and/or frontend development role,
  • familiarity with product and software design principles, experience with enterprise SaaS is a plus,
  • experience with user interface design, and ****a good understanding of design systems,
  • a good knowledge of Figma, experience with design tokens is a plus,
  • experience with frontend development and implementation,
  • good knowledge of Javascript/Typescript and REACT, and creation and maintenance of automated tests in Playwright.
  • Any skills in the area of UX, marketing and print design, user research, and backend development, or other related fields are all nice bonuses, but not required.
  • Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry is a big plus.
  • Very good knowledge of English. Dutch is a plus.
